ZSE – Bratislava

The new headquarters for the energy supply company ZSE is characterised by a clear design language. A horizontal 4-storey slab on a transparent building base. A 6-storey high vertical block rises above it, creating a striking projection towards the street by means of a tectonic shift. A two-storey lobby flooded with light connects the street level with a higher park at the rear. This is also the roof of a car park below, which is lit by skylights and serves as an exhibition space for mobility of the future.
