TRIXI Holiday Park

The concept for the design of the new building is directly derived from the conditions of the site and the contents of the task. The reception building is designed as an elliptical pavilion in the park. It forms a compositional unit together with the three-storey apartment block. The two buildings link to the southeastern shore edge of the swimming lake and are connected by a covered space. They operate autonomously from each other. The different functional requirements and visitor flows are hereby differentiated. The shore edge is framed and enables an orientation of all guests towards to the lake. The idea of the enhanced connection between the adjacent holiday village and the lido is underlined with the central reception building and the linked apartment block.
