Masterplan Starohorska

Our design answers to the fragmented city morphology with a clear and compact scheme that orders the two functions with recognizable typologies. While the residential units are stacked within open perimeter blocks the office is situated in a long slab. The ensemble has a character in its own. Our proposal´s clear differentiation between housing creates recognizable points of interest. The clear division of the functions allows good orientation within the quarter.
